In truth, if you ask me that question I’m just going for a :) for a reply.
First, you have no business with my thoughts or emotions. It is like telling myself off to someone, who is either sincere or not with the monumental question. You know what, that person is just in for the gossip. I mean seriously, It is actually invading your mental plane, robbing you of your God-given divine strength if you already know how to navigate it. Or if not, your chance of knowing God and His steadfast love for humans just turn into a depression medication.
I am not the one to say, but personally, I do not believe in mental illness. I think Daryong invented that so we, the human lot, will never run and hide like children to God to hide behind Him.
Someone asks me the question one time. I just flash a thumb up as if I’m online.
Everyone should know that the answer is always a prayer. According to our parish priest, push it!

Remember the you are only a speckle of dust to God, but He sees you, He hears your cry, and if you call His Name in desperation, He will listen just like that.
If you are not okay, or you know someone who are not okay, or just a random stranger you notice who is not okay, read a Psalm. Start with Psalm 50 and work your way through 58. There is a lot there to console your spirit.
I want you to know that your psychiatrist might have a degree or a doctorate but God has the last say of your temporal existence. Even if you technically solve your issues through the normal avenues, if He says that is it for you. That. is. it.
The Bible, yes the Bible is a manual for life, actually. It can also be your cheat sheet to living in peace and joy.
Sometimes I ask myself, how have I not read the Bible sooner? All these dramas in my life can be solved by just praying.

You can start praying by just saying Jesus, or Lord come and help me, or a longer one. The Rosary.
